What's New for the 2016-2017 Year
Crissman Elementary students and parents will experience some important changes for the 2016-2017 school year. Here is a summary of some of what's new in 16-17 at Crissman.

B.E.A.R Magazine Fundraiser

Our Bear (Be Excited About Reading) Fair just kicked off!
Our annual Bear Fair begins today and ends on Friday.  The Bear Fair allows you the opportunity to renew and order new magazines through the Crissman Media Center.   The magazines are offered at fantastic prices and both renewals and new subscriptions benefit our school.   We encourage every student to participate.   Funds raised go directly to the Media Center. The mission of Crissman Elementary School, in partnership with parents and the community, is to provide a safe, positive and productive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and recognizes individual uniqueness. We will strive to prepare students for their future in an ever changing world.

In an effort to improve system practices, Crissman Elementary is conducting a parent survey. We value your opinion and ask that you take the time to complete this survey. The web survey will be available until January 30, 2017.

Student achievement in the district outpace all county, state and national averages. The district's graduation rate is 12 points higher than the state average and students are staff are regularly honored for excellence.
